 Full Day Care (includes preschool): 

• 5 days = $285

• 3 days (M/W/F) = $210

• 2 days (T/TH) = $140

Preschool:

• 5 mornings = $200

• 3 mornings (M/W/F) = $120

• 2 mornings (T/TH) = $80

***Before & After School Care (for Deale/Shady Side Elementary School):

• Deale Elementary Students:​

  • After School Care = $107

  • Before & After School Care = NOT OFFERED 

• Shady Side Elementary Students:​

  • After School Care = $107

  • Before & After School Care = $125

***Please Note:  Prices include delayed openings & early dismissals (prescheduled and weather related) and full days when BCA is open and AACPS is closed.  Additional fees will only apply if/when a FIELD TRIP is scheduled on such days.

TUITION POLICY

Tuition is due weekly, regardless of attendance. There is no deduction for absences, inclement weather closings/delays, holidays, vacations or pre-scheduled school closings. We review tuition and fees annually.

Our SUMMER tuition policy allows parents to pick and choose exact weeks of attendance and only pay for those weeks in your child is registered.  

 

MISC. FEES 
Registration Fee = $50 (new preschoolers ONLY)); DUE AT REGISTRATION
Re-Registration Fee = $25 (AM/PM Care Students ONLY); DUE AT REGISTRATION

Activity Fee = $175 (4 Year-Old-Class); $150 (2/3 Year-Old-Class); DUE AT REGISTRATION

*THE ABOVE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!  

Summer DEPOSITS &/or Pre-Payment Requirements = See Reg. Form for details 

Returned Check Fee - $35; DUE UPON NOTIFICATION  

Late Pick Up Fee - $2.00 per minute (per child) 

***Consistent lateness (3 or more occurrences) may be cause for dismissal from our program.  Paid at time of pick up to the closing teacher.
